To best serve you and to make sure we’re as accurate and thorough as possible when completing your project, all requests and information exchanges must be in writing.
We will communicate with you via email.
We do not typically provide support via telephone or exchange information via telephone. In rare cases, we will request a telephone call from you to our office. All telephone calls are scheduled and recorded.
Please note: We will only request a telephone call from you if in the rare case, we have trouble understanding your requests after multiple attempts. We want to get it right! Currently, we do not accept requests for telephone calls.
